Free Domestic Ground Shipping on orders of $300 or more. (Excludes clearance priced items and items shipping outside of the continental USA)
New orders are typically processed within 48 hours, Monday through Friday. Transportation time to your location depends on distance and shipping method selected. Approximate ground shipping delivery times are 1-3 days for US West Coast and 5-7 days for US East Coast. Expedited shipping is available at checkout. Depending on order value a signature may be required for delivery. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
To return or exchange your product please email us at sales@buttondownsf.com to receive an RA# prior to your return. Then please pack up the goods carefully and mail them back to :

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All return shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
International Shipments: We do not charge for any required additional shipping costs such as VAT, Duties, or carrier brokerage fees; those are the responsibility of the buyer to be aware of and pay upon delivery. Button Down cannot be held responsible for government imposed charges required to be paid by the buyer.
Missing Shipments: While we use all available options to ensure you receive your purchased items, once the order leaves our possession we cannot control where it goes. In the rare event that your order should go missing please contact us via email at sales@buttondownsf.com as soon as possible. We will work with our shipping carriers to try and locate the package. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for missing packages once they have been transferred to the carrier.
Damaged Shipments: Should your order arrive damaged, please photograph the box and contact us at sales@buttondownsf.com to inform us. We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by the carrier, but we can work with them to resolve the situation.
